Non-Refundable Cases:
We do not provide refunds in the following situations:

- Incorrect Shipping Information: If an order fails to be delivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.
- Customs Issues: If an order is held, delayed, or rejected by customs, we are not responsible for issuing refunds. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.
3. Lost or Delayed Orders
- Standard delivery times range from 3 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping location.
- If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact our support team.
- If tracking shows the package as delivered, we are unable to offer a refund.
